    Arrival – Delhi – Hardiwar (04 Hrs)

    Morning we will pick you up from airport / hotel & later drive to Haridwar. Upon arrival check into hotel.

    Evening witness the Ganga Aarti at Ghat.
    Overnight at Hotel.

    Haridwar – Barkot (170 Km/6 Hrs)

    Morning Proceed for sightseeing -

    Har Ki Pauri is one of the most sacred Ghats in India. It is said to have been built by Vikramaditya in memory of his brother Bhartrihari. This ghat is also known as Brahmakund. In the evening a Maha Aarti is performed on this ghat. It is an event which is a must, not be missed by any visitor.

    The Mansa Devi Templeis located on top of the Bilwa Parvat. The temple can be reached by the rope way or one can take the normal trekking route to the top. The top of the hill gives an excellent view of Haridwar.

    Daksha Mahadev Temple is located at a town called Kankhal. According to legend the king of this place King Daksha Prajapati performed a yagya. His daughter, Sati was married to Lord Shiva. But Daksha was not happy with this marriage and did not invite Shiva-Sati in the Yagya. But Sati came and was insulted by her father. She could not take the insult and burnt herself in the yagya kund. On hearing this followers of Shiva killed Daksha. But later Mahadev (Shiva) brought Daksha to life.

    Chandi Devi Temple: This temple is on the top of a hill called the Neel Parvat which is on the other side of the river Ganga. The temple was constructed by the King of Kashmir, Suchat Singh, in 1929 AD. Chandi Devi is a three km trek from the Chandi Ghat.

    Later drive to Barkot. Upon arrival check into hotel.

    Barkot – Jankichatti – Yamunotri – Barkot (50 Km & 6 Km Trek)

    Morning leave for Janki Chatti via Hanuman Chatti & Fool Chatti. On arrival Janki Chatti start Trek of 06 kms for Yamunotri, On Arrive Yamunotri Holi Dip in Garam Kund, than Pooja and Darshan of Shree Yamunotri Ji, after Darshan and Pooja, afternoon start trek back to Janki Chatti on arrival Janki Chatti meet with driver and drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel.

    Hanuman Chatti: The confluence of Hanuman Ganga & Yamuna River.

    Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.

    Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.

    Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.

    Barkot – Uttarkashi (85 Kms /04 Hrs)

    Morning leave for Uttarkashi, a drive of 82 kms. Enroute vist Prakateshwar Cave, on arrival Uttarkashi check in at the hotel evening visit Vishwnath Temple, Overnight stay at the hotel.

    Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi.

    Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 Kms Per Way)

    We proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. After Gangotri Darshan we return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

    Gangotri Temple: The temple, constructed by the Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa in the 18th Century, is situated on the right bank of Bhagirathi.

    Kedar Ganga Sangam: Around 100 Yards from the Ganga Temple flows the river Kedar Ganga. Starting from the Kedar Valle, this river meets the Bhagirathi on its left bank.

    Later drive to Uttarkashi. Upon arrival check into hotel.

    Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (223 Kms/07 Hrs)

    Morning drive to Guptkashi, en-route visit Tehri Dam & continue journey toward Guptkashi. Upon arrival in check-in at hotel. Later in the evening visit Kashi Vishwnath Temple, Ardh Narishwar Temple, Overnight stay at the Hotel.

    Guptakashi: is located in the Northern Himalayan belt within the Mandakini river valley, which has lush green forests. A number of streams and rivulets drain into the main Mandakini River. It has salubrious climate with its elevation being around 1,319 meters (4,330 ft). The snow sparkling view of the Chaukhamba peak is a lovely sight to behold in the morning hours from here. The valley has large magnolia trees (locally called Champa) that provide a sweet scented atmosphere to the place.

    Guptkashi – Kedarnath (32 Kms & 14 Kms Trek)

    Morning drive to Sonprayag (32 kms drive-one way). On arrival Sonprayag and take local taxi to Gaurkind. Later start your journey on the tough Trek ahead. Stop for lunch en route at Rambara, and continue after that to arrive by late afternoon, on arrival check in to the Hotel / Guest Houses. After freshening up, perform Pooja and also Darshan at Shri Kedarnathji. In the evening also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the Temple. Overnight stay at the Hotel or Guest Houses.

    Kedarnath: is a majestic sight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau surrounded by lofty snow covered peaks. The present temple, built in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas. The inner walls of the assembly hall are decorated with figures of various deities and scenes from mythology. Outside the temple door a large statue of the Nandi Bull stands as guard.

    Kedarnath – Guptkashi

    Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After darshan and puja you come out of the temple and return to the Govt. Camps / Lodges.

    Later you'll start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you’ll drive to your hotel Guptkashi.

    Guptkashi – Badrinath (180 Km/06 Hrs)

    Post an early morning breakfast, hit the road to Badrinath. En route halt at Jyotirmath and explore Narsimha temple and Sankracharya seat.

    On arrival in Badrinath, savor your lunch followed by excursion to Mana village (Badrinath temple is closed from 12 noon to 3 pm).

    Vasundhara: As the name suggests, vasundhara is a magnificent water fall. This place is 5 kms. from Badrinath out of which 2 kms. is motorable upto Mana.

    Bhim Pul: On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge, lies over the roaring Saraswati river. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.

    Vyas Gufa (Cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.

    Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening.

    Badrinath – Rudraprayag (160 Kms)

    Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay.

    Joshimath is situated on the slopes above the confluence of the rivers Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. Of the four ‘Maths’ established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is the winter seat of Badrinath. The idol is brought down to Joshimath and installed in the temple for people to worship. There are many other temples in the township. The most important is the temple of Nir Singh with the idol of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is getting destroyed with time and the popular belief holds that the day the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the Gods will transfer the residence into the neighboring Niti Valley at Bhavishya Badri.

    Rudraprayag – Devprayag – Rishikesh (05 Hrs)

    Morning we will visit Sangam of Mandakini and Alaknanda river. Later drive to Devprayag. Worship in the Ganga Temple that stands at the sangam. Witness the beautiful Raghunath Temple. It is said that here Lord Ram and Laksman in the Treta-yuga performed a yagna seeking forgiveness for killing Ravana, who was a Brahmin by caste. The main temple of Raghunath ji is surrounded by four small temples on each side – Annapurna Devi, Narsingh, Hanuman and Shri Garur Mahadev.

    Near the Ram Temple lies the Chandeshwar Mahadev Temple. It is believed to be one of the ancient and holiest temples in the vicinity.

    Rishikesh – Delhi (05 Hrs) – Departure

    Morning visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Parmath Niketan. Later drive to Delhi. Upon arrival transfer to airport or local address.
